After quite a few years of teaching and viewing Assignment the World I have to unsubscribe because I have retired. I have to thank you for your show. It became a significant part of our Social Studies Curriculum. We enjoyed Clues in the News so much that it actually took over our Friday's. My students loved to search for the answers and I feel they benefited greatly. They became so aware of the world around them.
Their assignment was to find out something about the clues and report to the class. They became very creative as the years went by. Food from other countries, Grandfathers came to class to share their heritage, some even made news casts of their own. I see many old students who still remember Assignment the World. I hope the new teachers take advantage of your show. Great Job!!!!!!! Thank-you so very much.
Sincerely,
Joanne Jablonski
